The Three Rivers Manufacturers’ Association (TRMA) is committed to safeguarding the personal information provided to us. This statement is designed to provide you with a summary of our practices.

How do we use, protect, and disclose personal information?

TRMA has implemented reasonable technical, physical and administrative safeguards to help protect the personal information from unlawful use and unauthorized disclosure. TRMA uses multiple layers of network security, including Web protection, Patch management, Email security and archiving, Antivirus software, Anti-spam and spam filters, Data encryption, Firewalls and Digital certificates. TRMA complies with Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI DSS / PCI SSC) standards to safeguard information exclusively using Transport Layer Security (TLS) for internet access with the strongest SSL encryption available, with SHA-256 and 2048-bit RSA keys, and ECC support. Moreover, TRMA requires Point to Point encryption for remote access. Personal information in our possession will not be disclosed to third parties.

How do we collect, use, and disclose credit card information?

Customers may be required to enter credit card payments when requesting services using an approved e-commerce gateway. The credit card information is kept by the authorized gateway providers and it will not retained by TRMA. The gateway providers are complaint with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Requirements.

How can you help protect your information?

If you have an account at www.trma.org, we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited e-mail. Also remember to sign out of the registered site and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information if others have access to your computer.
