Additional Info-Pre-Qualification Forms

The pre-qualification form is often required by TRMA manufacturers before contractor companies can bid on jobs at the manufacturing plants.

DO NOT send the form to the Safety Center!
The form only needs to be completed once per year and is accepted by all TRMA manufacturers.

Manufacturers will often require additional documents to be submitted with the
pre-qualification form.
