TRMA has implemented reasonable technical, physical and administrative safeguards to help protect the personal information from unlawful use and unauthorized disclosure. TRMA uses Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) encryption protection, and firewall technologies to protect personal information during online transmissions. Personal information in our possession will not be disclosed to third parties.
Please note that we may always disclose any information as required by law, when necessary for health or safety purposes, or when needed to protect our legal rights. For example, we may disclose information about you in response to a subpoena.
How do we collect, use, and disclose credit card information?
Customers may be required to enter credit card payments when requesting services using an approved e-commerce gateway. The credit card information is kept by the authorized gateway providers and it will not retained by TRMA. The gateway providers are complaint with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Requirements.
How can you help protect your information?
If you have an account at www.trma.org, we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited e-mail. Also remember to sign out of the registered site and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information if others have access to your computer.
